2nd Annual “Dining at Denfeld” and Raffle
The Friday, October 23, 2026, spaghetti dinner fundraiser proceeds currently total $3132, with some expenses and income yet to be counted. At the November 11 DHORPA Board and advisor’s meeting, the proceeds will be split between the Denfeld Music and Drama programs and the auditorium pipe organ restoration project.
Income from the raffle is counted in the preliminary total. The Raffle winners are: Handmade full-size quilt, “Around the World with Fall Colors” (75"x91", value $85)—Charlotte Voss of Duluth; Igloo Cooler, two bottles of root beer, Ice Cream Gift Certificate ($50 value)—Starr Abrahamson of Solon Springs Two REI folding beach chairs (value $90 each)—Bruce Larson of Cloquet
THANK YOU to all who participated in the fundraiser including the 200 diners, all DHORPA Board members and advisors, all Denfeld student volunteers, the student soloists and ensembles, the alumni jazz duo, the community volunteers who provided the decorations, and all those Denfeld staff who helped make the event happen. ALL contributed to the success of the 2nd annual “Dining at Denfeld”.
A special thank you to the DHORPA Board members who donated the food, the compostable dinnerware and cutlery, and two of the raffle prizes.
